Apple requires Find My, Activation Lock, and Stolen Device Protection for iPhone be disabled (turned off) prior to hardware repairs or replacement. Devices brought in for repair cannot be checked-in without these features disabled and will result in service and repair delays.

Mac: backing up your data to an external hard drive is highly recommended. Backup service may be available with your consent - service fees apply. Drives supplied by you must not contain any data or may be erased by us prior to performing requested backup.
Apple Watch is inherently backed up to the iPhone that it is paired to – please DO NOT unpair the Apple Watch prior to service. Please bring the iPhone that the Apple Watch is paired with.
iPhone, iPad, and iPod may be backed up to a computer owned by you or more conveniently backed up to iCloud but and may require purchasing more iCloud storage from Apple.
Please Note: To protect your data and your privacy, Mac Pros is prohibited by Apple from backing up iPhone, iPad, iPod, and Apple Watch to a computer or other device owned or controlled by Mac Pros.
Mac Pros does not want your passwords⁶. However, we may need you to know them.
Mac Pros team members understand and respect your privacy as if it was their own. Team members request passwords only when necessary. Upon request and where possible, device passwords can be temporarily changed or other measures can be taken so as not to expose your password(s) or other sensitive information.
At Mac Pros you can expect professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced staff that will help guide you throughout the check-in and repair process.
Upon check-in you will receive a repair estimate. If the initial estimate turns out to be inaccurate, you will be notified before our certified technicians move forward with any repairs. Throughout the service process you will receive text, email, and phone communications.
