Appointments are not a guarantee of immediate staff availbility, same-day repair, nor a ticket to jump ahead of any guest who arrived beforehand. Guests are served in order of arrival - with or without an appointment.
Our goal is to serve as many guest as quickly, efficiently, and professionally as possible while always seeking to resolve our guests issues to the best of our abilities.
