Customer Service Superstar & Aspiring Technician

Job Description (Full Time)

Mac Pros is looking for a passionate and experienced customer service professional who loves Apple products and is eager to learn more about providing technical support to our valued customers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and utilizing Apple-provided online training resources to become a certified technician.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist with product purchases
  • Provide excellent service check-in and pick-up experiences
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Apple products
  • Utilize Apple-provided online training resources to become a certified technician

Qualifications

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Experience using a variety of Apple products including Mac, iPhone, and/or iPad
  • Strong motivation to learn about providing technical support for Apple products
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and/or Saturdays with a weekday off

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation based on experience, skill-set, dedication, availability, and customer interaction skills. Reasonable breaks including lunch are encouraged.
